Dominic Chianese

Actor and musician Dominic Chianese are best known for his role as Corrado Soprano in The Sopranos. He is also noted for his part in The Godfather Part II as Johnny Ola. His career started long after he attended college and after several appearances in Off-Broadway theatres. He decided to take formal acting lessons in HB Studio in Manhattan. In no time, drama and musical theatre became his passion.

His first Broadway show was when he landed a part in the 1965 production of Oliver. On the side, he also played rhythm guitar and gigged in restaurants and taverns to make extra income. Soon, he did his first TV credit in the acclaimed series East Side/West Side. His last TV appearance was just in 2019 in an episode of the Italian police procedural series Inspector Montalbano as well as in The Village as Enzo.
